This well established and highly reputable business was orignally set up by the vendor some 20 years ago and in that time it has evolved and grown into the successful multi-facted organisation that exists today. The company specialises in the supply, maintenance and repair of water sewage treatment plants, pumping stations and water harvesters on both a trade/commercial and domestic basis.

The business has also developed its own brand range, which it sells alongside many other leading manufacturers ranges of package pumping stations, spares and parts as well as providing a specialist refurbishment service to customers.

Ths company provides customers with a variety of service levels, from supply only right through to full supply and installation with the option to have a pro-active maintenance programme in place that allows for remote monitoring of the systems. This monitoring gives clients environmental credability whilst saving money and ensuring the systems longevity. It also ensures on-going revenues to the business.

Because of the companys service-led approach it has built up a very impressive and loyal customer base. The company can boast some 800 customers who it has ongoing maintenance, servicing and monitoing contracts in place with a further 1,500 clients who, whilst not offically under contract, use the companys products and services. The business is curently adding in the region of 100 new contract customers to its portfolio each calendar year.

Customers are nationwide and include local authorities, utility companies, PLCs, public bodies right down to small companies and private individuals. As well as these end user clients the business has some 100 regular trade customers.

The company has recently introduced its own brand of products and this successful launch, together with the growing levels of online spares/parts sales, is fuelling impressive growth rates of circa 20% per annum.

The company has key senior staff in place and is not vendor-reliant.

Market / Competition / Non-Competition Agreements
The business does limited advertising and marketing as it has a very large customer base already. The company has its own impressive e-commerce website and also utilises public company procurement websites. It does occasionally do some direct marketing in areas it carries out work in but could certainly benefit from a more strategic marketing approach.
