BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
CAD Engineered Commercial Acoustic Plant Cleaning Systems
Ref. IB017
Location : North West / Relocatable
Asking Price : GBP450,000
Established almost 17 years ago this highly respected and professional company has developed into a highly aclaimed worldwide leader in acoustic cleaning technology. The company designs, manufactures, markets and sells a range of acoustic cleaning (Sonic Horns) systems to a whole host of blue chip clients throughout the world in a variety of different industries where particulate build up is a problem.

The acoustic cleaners are powered by compressed air and creates a series of very rapid and powerful sound induced pressure fluctuations which are transmitted into the solid particles of ash, dust, granules or powders. This causes them to resonate and debond from adjoining particles and the surface they are adhering to. Once debonded, the material will fall off due to gravity, or is carried away by the process gas, or air stream.

The company has won several awards (regional and national) for its technological innovations. Its brands, range of proudcts and unpatented technical knowhow give it a real competitive edge in the industries it serves.

The vendor has invested in the business since inception in terms of staff, product designs, brand awareness, production and manufacturing integrity(using carefully selected highly skilled UK manufacturing partners whom it has excellent relationships with). This investment is further supported with globally recognised accreditations and quality control prcedures. Because of this the company is regarded as a true market leader in terms of product performance and reputation.

At present some 85% of sales are export. Approximately 50% of sales are done direct(circa 400 direct customers), the remaining 50% via its appointed worldwide agents. The company currently has a network of sales agents in some 12 countries with product installations spanning some 60 different countries at present.
