BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
As everyone knows, the Post Office is about to close 3,700 neighborhood Post Offices. These smaller markets are only small when you are paying extremely high overhead costs like counter workers, retirement benefits, and of course lease rates that only a government could negotiate. Most of these Post Offices that are on the chopping block are neighborhood outlets in much larger markets where there is a big customer base but the Post Office can save money by closing the smaller counter and making residents drive to the main location. Offered by John Sliman, Licensed Real Estate Broker. A list of some of the stores that are the first to go is available here: http://about.usps.com/news/electronic-press-kits/expandedaccess/statelist.htm
For the next couple of months we will be offering a trimmed down Goin’ Postal system that can be dropped into a location to compete with a neighborhood Post Office at a massively discounted investment level of just under $25,000 total. Now, included in your $15,000 Initial Franchise Fee will be a single Point of Sale System, a scale, and some other necessary items to run your store. We will also include the cost of our reps travel expenses to come to your store for opening. These few items immediately save you close to $15,000 on opening your store. Next, we have developed a much lower cost build out system and put into a smaller location like most of these neighborhood Post Offices, it will only cost about another $9,000 to get your store fully operational making your total just under $25,000 to get into business. October this year is Goin’ Postal’s 10th anniversary. You will receive the same standard award winning training and support, front-end proprietary software, and back-end technology that has made Goin’ Postal a leader in the shipping industry, and pay the same low monthly flat rate royalties that made us famous in the franchise industry. As there is a limited time window to take advantage of these upcoming Post Office closings we will be supplying an amendment to the standard Goin’ Postal FDD and Franchise Agreement that outlines all of the discounts and benefits that you will get with this program. As opening slots will book up very rapidly we reserve the right to end this offer at any time and revert back to standard pricing. Anyone that pays their Initial Franchise Fee by credit card, check or EFT will be locked in at the temporary pricing and will have 24 months to open their store as we know it can take time to get the lease negotiated and we don’t want you to miss out on the temporary pricing if you are in a market that has an imminent Post Office closing.
