BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
The Business for sale isa well established and highly profitable leading international supplier of aircraft parts, components, and related services. This Southeastern U.S. based company specializes in providing critical new and refurbished aviation spare parts and materials to the turboprop aircraft engine and helicopter engine markets, with a client base that is 60% international and 40% domestic. The Company boasts 7 years of profitable operations and long standing relationships with both customers and vendors. In 2010, the Company posted sales revenues of $3.0 million and EBITDA in excess of $305,000. The aircraft industry worldwide spends nearly $100 billion annually on aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). The Company directly participates in a $35 billion segment of this market. The MRO market is projected to grow significantly over the next decade and the Company is well positioned to participate in this growth. Established in 2005, the Company benefits from the same dedicated ongoing management, and continues to enjoy excellent long-standing relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors and bankers.

Market / Competition / Non-Competition Agreements
The Company has grown to its present level with the use of internal cash flow and through its existing credit facilities. A buyer with the necessary resources could substantially expand the existing business to include more product lines, inventory, engine repair resources, and engine maintenance programs. Management’s constant communication with its customers reveals a bright outlook. 2011 is expected to be a very busy year, and consideration is already being given to possible additions in staff to meet the expected increase in demand for the Company’s products and services. While this Company’s growth and profitability in recent years has been excellent, the owner believes that even greater revenues and substantially higher profits can be achieved with access to more capital. Future Company growth, in excess of current projections, is believed to be achievable if the Company expands its funding resources and capitalizes on its experience, reputation, and expertise in this market.
